Built on five foundational pillars - Trusted, Transparent, Traceable, Transformative and Transdisciplinary, the framework introduces 14 interconnected Development Goals designed to strengthen research quality, accelerate innovation, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure that knowledge creates measurable value for society.
